As a warranty specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our company's warranty processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing accurate and practical warranty advice to our network, assisting them in the preparation and submission of warranty claims.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Warranty Support: Offer accurate and practical warranty advice to our network, assisting them in the preparation and submission of warranty claims.
- Adjudicating Warranty Claims: Review and approve high-value and complex warranty claims, ensuring compliance with our business guidelines.
- Prior Authorisation Requests (PARs): Assess PAR submissions, working closely with our network, technical teams, and state office representatives to ensure all submissions meet our standards.
Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to thoroughly review and understand all factors contributing to symptom, behaviour, or operation issues. Your excellent communication skills enable you to clearly articulate technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a qualified automotive technician with motor mechanic trade qualifications and at least 4 years of post-apprenticeship experience. They possess excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills. As a team player, they work effectively within team environments and excel at building strong relationships with both external and internal partners.
