Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Our organization is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely support and maintenance of our ICT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.

  • Provide general technical assistance to end-users and resolve their computing issues efficiently.
  • Support software and applications, telecommunications, and data services for the school.
  • Assist in maintaining CEM's ICT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage user accounts within various online learning platforms.
  • Offer ICT support to the Group ICT Manager across the CEM Group.

Key systems you'll work with include:

  • Google Suite
  • Apple Mac and iOS
  • Microsoft
  • Canvas
  • Jamf

Additionally, you'll work with key back-end systems:

  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Linux Server
  • Aruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and Telecommunications
