Job Title: Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ERP System Administrator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the administration, support, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and delivering high-performance results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of the Council's ERP system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes, utilizing expertise in database management and application patching.
  • Maintain system performance, security, and compliance, including user access and audit controls, to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and the Digital Technology team to deliver system enhancements and improvements, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration, with a strong understanding of database management, application patching, and system monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions, and ability to integrate with other systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex technical information effectively.
