Job Title: ERP System Administrator

About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Manager to administer, support and optimize our enterprise resource planning system.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud environments and SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with ERP technologies and best practices.

This role involves:

  • Administering, configuring and monitoring our ERP system.
  • Applying patches, upgrades and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintaining system performance, security and compliance, including user access and audit controls.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
  • Working with vendors, stakeholders and the Digital Technology team to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date system documentation, technical guides and process records.
  • Supporting testing and change management activities associated with ERP projects.
