Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator

This role involves working with various stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and business partners. To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain system performance, security, and compliance, including user access and audit controls.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.
  • Work with vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, technical guides, and process records.
  • Support testing and change management activities associated with ERP projects.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and demonstrated experience in ERP system administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server), application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with ERP technologies and practices.
