The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Melbourne's Outer South East and North East regions. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while maintaining current client relationships.
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development within NDIS or in-home care, team leadership, and a strong sense of achievement.
We are seeking an individual who can develop a sales strategy that enhances our reach and client base. This includes conducting local area marketing research to grow services in the region, pursuing new business leads, and building strong client relationships.
The Business Development Representative will work closely with our marketing coordinator to attract clients and drive referral initiatives. Additionally, they will prepare reports on growth projections and client churn for management review.
Succeeding in this role requires delivering successful outcomes, leveraging industry contacts, and showcasing excellent communication skills.
