We are seeking a seasoned Sales Specialist to join our team.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for winning new commercial partnerships and delivering revenue growth by growing our usage within each partnership. You will develop a territory by prospecting, developing networks, and using opportunities generated via marketing qualified leads. You will have full accountability for qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities.

You will work with a passionate and hard-working sales team implementing outstanding sales methodologies and pipeline management processes in delivering high volume, fast velocity revenue growth. By driving our sales process you will meet or exceed sales quotas, optimize your sales conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively plan, forecast and handle pipeline, ensuring that gap and upside plans are in place
  • Develop, present and maintain an active territory management plan that prioritizes investments in time and effort
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding industry and vertical trends
  • Research prospects and build a pipeline of targeted potential customers
  • Work with the vertical marketing team to ensure campaigns are implemented that will assist to agreed sales and customer outcomes

About You

We are looking for a business development sales professional with a proven track record. Proven experience of working within a SaaS vendor is essential. ERP, payroll, workforce management, practice management, and/or financial services sales experience is also valuable. Experience with campaign-driven sales and MQLs and opportunity management is necessary. Value-based selling expertise to SME customers is desirable.
