About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our customer support division as a Transformation Manager, leading cross-functional project teams and driving business transformation. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact initiatives on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage transformation project execution from initiation to completion, optimising resource allocation, governance, and risk management while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
  • Drive business transformation, supporting operating model redesign, process improvement, and international expansion.
  • Partner nationally and globally with senior leaders to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps, and deliver executive-level presentations, forecasts, and reports.
  • Coordinate reporting across business, performance tracking, and data-driven reviews across functions to identify and bridge gaps, and course-correction opportunities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, high-impact projects in large organisations or complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (up to 12 people).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, operational capability, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process) or Project Management.
