Job Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster engaging lessons that highlight program benefits and deliver safe, enjoyable swim sessions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, collaborate with colleagues, and develop positive relationships within the community.
Key Qualifications
  • AUSTSWIM certification or equivalent in swimming and water safety qualifications.
  • Certified CPR skills, Working with Children Check clearance, and experience in delivering aquatic programs.
Additional Benefits
  • Promote opportunities for career advancement up to $37.15 per hour plus 12% superannuation.
  • Permanent part-time role with rotating roster Monday–Sunday, 7am–7pm.
