The Role

We are seeking an experienced Career Development Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will work closely with the Manager Leisure and Aquatics to establish and manage aquatic programs and services at the newly upgraded pool. This is an exciting opportunity to create and lead a team from the ground up, providing a professional quality service to all learn to swim and pool users.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the swim school and aquatic industries, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be able to motivate and lead a team, ensuring a safe environment for children engaged in activities operated by the pool. Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to think innovatively, are essential for this role.
