The Role:
As an Aquatic Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating aquatic programs in our venues to optimize commercial return and customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all programs run smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have effective communication skills, be able to provide coaching and mentoring to team members, and have a strong understanding of financial management and reporting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) or ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment
- Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)
- Current CPR (must be obtained within 6 weeks of starting)
