ASC is Australia's leading submarine company, responsible for building and sustaining the Royal Australian Navy's Collins Class submarines.

We are currently seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices, including change management, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organisational development programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
  • Conduct needs assessments, stakeholder engagement, and other diagnostic activities to identify gaps and opportunities for development within the organisation
  • Partner with leaders and the wider P&C team to identify areas of opportunity for improvement within the organisation and develop strategies and interventions to address them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Organisational Development, Business administration or related field and/or extensive experience in facilitation, preferably in a large, complex technical organisation
  • Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and practices, including change management, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Vast experience designing and delivering training programs and facilitating group processes
