Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Bid Coordinator and Advisor in coordinating, preparing, and submitting tenders, expressions of interest, and capability statements in Australia.
  • Manage access to online tender portals, assist with document formatting and proofreading, and ensure responses meet quality standards.
  • Schedule internal review reminders, track new opportunities, and help organise bid content within our systems.
  • Assist with sales generation activities and provide general administrative support such as travel arrangements, workshop setups, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, communications, and graphic teams to ensure all documentation reflects our brand identity.
