About the Role:
The Procurement Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing procurement activities across the organization. This specialist is responsible for managing the entire tender and contract lifecycle, providing support to contract holders, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of tender and contract management process, including preparing commercial terms, tender documentation, evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
- Support contract holders in contract management and transition strategies.
- Oversee contract performance, amendments, and closure processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance procurement systems, including the Contractor Management System.
