Northern NSW Growth Manager

At Coates, we are seeking a Product Specialist to drive growth across Northern NSW. The successful candidate will support customers and the sales team with expert advice, tailored solutions, and deep product knowledge.
The key responsibilities of this role include supporting the sales team with product expertise and solution development, conducting site assessments to ensure the right setup for customer needs, managing and submitting tenders and proposals, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, driving category growth across Northern NSW, staying up to date with market trends and pricing insights, and collaborating with in-house engineering and operations teams to deliver turnkey solutions.

A background in modular building, construction, equipment hire, or a similar field — ideally with experience in account management or technical sales — is highly desirable. Additionally, sound understanding of temporary site accommodation solutions, experience in tendering and proposal development, strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and travel within the region, and proactive mindset and passion for delivering value to customers are essential.
