">Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the defect elimination program to identify and resolve bad actors.
  2. Facilitate root cause analysis to support production and engineering teams.
  3. Develop and implement reliability improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
  4. Build and apply reliability analytics tools and workflows.
  5. Prepare and present periodic reliability reports to stakeholders.
">Required Qualifications
  1. A degree in engineering is required, with postgraduate qualifications or certification in reliability engineering preferred.
  2. Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the energy or oil and gas sectors.
  3. Proficiency in reliability standards, data analytics, and reliability KPIs.
  4. Experience with reliability software, such as Isograph, OnePM, or Optimise.
  5. Practical knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies, including RCM, FMECA, RBI, SIL, and CBM.
  6. Understanding of process safety, asset integrity management, and management of change.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  8. A proactive attitude with a track record of taking ownership of opportunities and driving them to completion.
