Key Role Summary:

Select the frequency of plant performance alerts to receive. Lead the implementation of core asset management principles, drive defect elimination initiatives, and identify targeted improvement opportunities.

This role requires balancing strategic planning with practical execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration for sustainable high-performance outcomes aligned with operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities include conducting detailed technical analysis of downtime events, developing business cases for improvement initiatives, and creating advanced dashboards in Power BI.

Act as the Defect Elimination Champion, verify investigation quality, guide reporting practices, and identify systemic improvement opportunities.

Lead or contribute to major reliability projects, including strategy creation, updates, and document development.

Potential Qualifications and Experience include Engineering or Technical Certifications, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis, Power BI Development, Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, and Improvement Project Delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Power BI Development.
  • Experience in Vibration Analysis and Oil Analysis.
  • Background in Engineering or Technical Fields.
