Job Title:

Maintenance and Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Expert to lead our team of heavy earthmoving professionals. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving equipment, as well as strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10 – 15 people on day and night shift
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving fleet
  • Providing support to the rental fleet as required
  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures
  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • A strong commitment to safety and leadership
  • AMT exposure would be highly advantageous
  • Significant post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
  • Prior leadership experience working on a mine site leading a team of 10+ people
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
  • Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's License
  • Recognised National Australian Trade Certificate as a Heavy Diesel Fitter
  • Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications (desirable)
