We are seeking an experienced Secretary to provide administrative support to the Immunology and HIV Department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings and ensuring timely arrangements
- Preparing reports with accuracy and handling patient appointments with care
- Arranging travel and training, maintaining financial records and medical transcriptions up to date
- Providing exceptional customer service, working closely with staff and patients
You will also be responsible for:
- Handling phone inquiries and scheduling patient appointments with precision
- Managing Medicare billing, adapting to changing priorities and workflow
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and supporting your department
