About this role:

We are seeking an experienced secretary to join our team in a leading mid-tier firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the litigation and disputes team, providing seamless administration support for a senior partner and managing high-volume billing with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level secretarial experience, preferably in a legal environment, and be financially savvy with experience in billing processes. A calm and professional presence is essential, as well as strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

  • Provide administrative support to senior partner

  • Oversee general trust accounting duties
  • Liaise with clients and third parties with confidence
  • Monitor and action shared team inbox
