Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine internal and external communication, such as emails and reports.
  • Coordinate the delivery of administrative services within the office, including managing supplies and equipment.
  • Determine and manage work priorities within the office, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

In addition to administrative duties, the successful candidate may also assist teachers with educational programs, supervise health and wellbeing support tasks, or perform technical tasks that require a sound knowledge of basic technical and/or scientific principles.
