About the Role:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop proposals that address client needs and objectives, and manage the yearly budget and sales forecasts.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects with R&D, supply chain, and finance, and define and prepare the company's marketing strategy and materials.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and develop direct reports, and identify and support continuous improvements in commercial processes.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the key customer-facing expert, building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

About You:

  • B2B Business Development Experience: Proven success in B2B business development within the cosmetics or FMCG contract manufacturing sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional skills in people management and communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: A self-motivated and hungry attitude for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working within a GMP or TGA-licensed business, and an established network of contacts within the cosmetics & beauty industry.
