System Analyst Position

Gather and document operational requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams to support business operations.

  • Analyze and optimize enterprise resource planning modules for procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics management.
  • Integrate visual monitoring systems into production processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop performance dashboards and data visualization tools to track key performance indicators such as output rates, downtime, and defect rates.
  • Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analyzing equipment data and identifying potential issues.
  • Evaluate quality assurance systems for compliance with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar ICT role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and process improvement techniques.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or quality control environments is desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, SQL, APIs, or data visualization tools is an asset.
