Systems Analyst - Digital Transformation

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving ERP, production tracking, quality control, and logistics systems to ensure seamless integration with our automated manufacturing processes. The role involves gathering and documenting business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and document business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.
  2. Analyze and optimize ERP modules covering procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics.
  3. Integrate visual monitoring systems (camera-based quality checks) into production processes.
  4. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to monitor performance indicators such as output, downtime, and defect rates.
  5. Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analyzing equipment data and reporting potential issues.
  6. Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  7. Ensure quality assurance systems comply with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
  8. Coordinate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements.
  9. Provide technical support, staff training, and maintain documentation to ensure system continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Systems Analyst who has a strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and process improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years' experience as a Systems Analyst or similar ICT role.
