About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services – Concierge to join our Front of House team in this casual role. As the Director of First Impressions, you'll be the welcoming face of our Club – greeting members and guests, assisting with enquiries, and promoting everything our Club has to offer.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist members and guests as they arrive and depart the Club
  • Answer phone calls and enquiries in a helpful, professional manner
  • Promote Club membership, rewards programs, and current promotions
  • Check member cards and guest ID as required
  • Stay informed about all Club events, activities and shows
  • Assist with bookings and seating using our ticketing system
  • Communicate feedback and issues to the Customer Service Manager on duty
