Job Title: Club Ambassador Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to lead our dedicated team of ambassadors in providing exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

  • Maintain high standards of service and ensure efficient guest interactions.
  • Actively promote luxury hotel practices and programs.
  • Handle guest problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, with follow-through by proper record keeping.
  • Adhere to brand standards across the hotel, including guest focus, ambassador appearance, department organisation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support leading a team of 30+ ambassadors, including hiring, rostering, and performance management.
  • Provide personalised service to Accor Platinum members and guests staying in a club access room.
  • Assist during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.
  • Work independently and within a team environment, embodying the art of French hospitality through a 'can do' attitude.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role.
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and nights.
  • High level of personal grooming.
  • Attention to detail and enhanced communication skills.
  • Valid RSA certification.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality.
