Health Club Ambassador

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment in our health clubs. The successful candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, able to build rapport with members, and possess previous experience in reception/admin roles with basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the management of a busy front desk in a professional and energetic manner
- Undertake opening and closing procedures
- Process payments and balance the till
- Conduct end-of-month stock-takes
- Build and maintain health club relationships
- Maintain safe and clean facilities at all times, including regular cleaning of gym and equipment
- Monitor and report equipment faults for repair
First Aid, CPR, and WWCC are required certifications. Candidates with a Certificate III in Fitness or those working towards it can upskill with us to teach Group Fitness classes such as Pilates, cycle, and aqua aerobics.
