Front Desk Ambassador

This is a key role for an individual with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

You will be required to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in ensuring our members feel welcome and supported in achieving their fitness objectives. You'll need to be prepared to work during non-traditional hours, including evenings until 9pm and weekends.

The position offers comprehensive training opportunities, providing a thorough understanding of our club operations and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with potential and existing members
  • Providing assistance and information to members regarding our services
  • Maintaining equipment cleanliness, organisation and overall facilities presentation
  • Completing various day-to-day tasks and supporting operational requirements
  • Bathroom cleaning and hygiene maintenance
  • Scheduling appointments and following up on member inquiries and referrals
  • Answering phone calls and interacting with customers via telephone and in-person
  • Adhering to established systems and processes to ensure smooth club operations
  • Managing the front desk and contributing to club success
  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing and retention initiatives
  • Assisting in achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction targets
  • Effective internal and external communication

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to lift heavy weights (20kg +)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
