This role is ideally suited to a dynamic individual with exceptional knowledge of the Club's operations and the ability to lead and drive individuals and customer service.
The position requires the successful applicant to always act as a role model and present as an ambassador for the Club.
As a Supervisor at Pittwater RSL, you'll be a key player in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our food & beverage, gaming, and frontline service areas.
You'll lead by example, support the team, and help create a welcoming environment for all our members and guests.

We're Looking For Someone Who:Has previous experience in hospitality (bar, bistro, gaming, or café)Is passionate about customer service and teamworkWants to grow into a leadership roleIs reliable, proactive, and approachableHolds RSA and RCG certificationsWhat You'll Do:Support the Duty Manager in leading shifts and supervising staffEnsure high standards of service and cleanlinessHandle customer queries and resolve minor issues with confidenceMentor junior staff and promote a positive workplace cultureEnsure compliance with Club policies and regulatory requirementsEnsure that all staff within the delegation group have a clear understanding of your expectations and are trained to work in the areas they are rosteredMaintain a presence on the floor, ensure staff are ready for "show time", conducting regular walk throughs ensuring staff behaviour is aligned with the Clubs valuesAssisting during service times, supporting, and directing staff where necessaryMonitor operations, ensure staff are adhering to Club procedures and legislative requirementsWorking with the general team you will lead, provide direction to ensure customer service levels and cleanliness are maintainedProvide staff with support and direction to ensure high levels of customer service and cleanliness are always maintainedMaintain procedures for members and visitors inappropriate conduct within the Club, keeping senior management informed of significant issues, preparation of shift/incident reports and recommendations as deemed appropriateWhat We Offer:A supportive team environment and opportunities for career developmentOn-the-job training and mentoring from experienced leadersStaff discounts, meals, and uniformFlexible rostering and a great work-life balanceThe chance to be part of a respected community-focused clubApplicants may be required to work various shifts including weekends, days, nights and public holidays.
