Door Attendant Job Summary

As a Door Attendant, you will play a key part in our Club operations. This role involves:

  • Ensuring all members and guests sign into the Club as per regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests
  • Promoting and processing Wests memberships
  • Checking employee and contractor identification

This position requires the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a mix of Day, Afternoon and Overnight shifts to meet operational requirements.

Our ideal candidate is an energetic team player with a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. They should possess strong communication and leadership qualities to manage compliance effectively.
