Guest Services Coordinator Role

The role of Guest Services Coordinator is to create a welcoming environment for our guests. This involves leading a team of porters and ensuring positive guest relations.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual who can provide accurate information on services and facilities within the property and local events in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, luggage delivery and collection
  • Lead the Hotel Porters to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Foster positive working relationships across departments
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience as a Bell Captain or similar position in a five-star property desirable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and be able to lead and nurture high-performing teams.
