**Job Title:** Technical Product Owner

About the Role:

The Airline Experience portfolio is a critical part of our business, and we're looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to partner with the business and wider technology domains. This role will be responsible for developing and driving roadmaps that will underpin our business strategy and deliver world-class capabilities to our operational staff and customers.

This is a highly reactive area working with products and projects within Integrated Operations and Crisis Management, accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives and strategic outcomes.

Key Skills:
  • Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
  • Established trusted relationships 7-10 years' delivery experience in an Agile environment
  • Solid experience in operational service management
  • Demonstrated experience and ability managing a wide-ranging set of stakeholders, applications, projects, and suppliers
  • Demonstrated senior product ownership experience, proven product delivery, implementation, and run
  • Strong financial management, strong commercial and business acumen
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve or lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale
