Key Responsibilities
  • Building engagement processes that drive airline satisfaction.
  • Gathering and interpreting data to provide a clear picture of airline relationships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful forums and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Managing a comprehensive CRM database of key stakeholders.
  • Leading proactive engagement initiatives and events.
  • Tracking and reporting on industry trends.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on airline partnerships.
  • Creating updates and briefing notes for Senior Management and the Board.
Requirements

You'll need industry experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, a commercial and strategic mindset, and collaborative working style. Proven project and program management experience, customer engagement skills, and commercial acumen are also essential.
