About Us
Australia's largest airline is seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive the delivery of airline technology projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading product development initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of products that meet customer requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of airline technology projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, including feature backlogs and release plans.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure alignment with airline business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to product development teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an airline technology environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of airline technology and industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
