Airline Experience Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to partner with our business and technology domains. This individual will be accountable for developing and driving roadmaps that underpin our business strategy.
- As a Product Owner, you will play an essential role in delivering world-class capabilities to our operational staff and a world-class experience to our customers.
This is a highly reactive area working with products and projects within Integrated Operations and Crisis Management. You will be responsible for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives and strategic outcomes from concept through to operations.
The ideal candidate will have expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions, establishing trusted relationships. They will also have 7-10 years' delivery experience in an Agile environment and solid experience in operational service management.
- Develop a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage high pressure areas that may impact critical operations.
- Deliver service improvements and provide input to service management strategies.
