Beverage and Food Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Beverage and Food Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a large team to provide efficient, professional, and friendly service.
- Work closely with managers to achieve high standards.
- Maintain excellent guest service skills and attention to detail.
- Organize and manage daily operations, including stock control and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff members.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Experience in supervising a large team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong passion for food, wine, cocktails, and beer.
