Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Responsibilities:- Provide efficient, friendly & professional food & beverage service to all guests as an example for the team.
- Ensure seamless front of house operations to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
- Supervise and support all lounge food and beverage services.
- Organize and coordinate daily activities of personnel.
- Address guest challenges and situations effectively.
- Report issues to the Lounge and T&C Manager.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and business metrics.
- Handle verbal complaints and escalate to the Lounge manager when necessary.
- Possess a passion for people, engagement, and creating future hospitality leaders.
- Manage large and dynamic venues successfully.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
