Administrative Farm Coordinator

The Administrative Farm Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our agricultural business. This dynamic and highly organized individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks, fostering a collaborative team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to farm operations, including personnel, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new staff members and contractors, ensuring they receive comprehensive inductions and training.
  • Engage with external parties, such as real estate inspectors, and facilitate the coordination of repair and maintenance activities.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enter data into various farm management systems, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available for informed decision-making.
  • Arrange training sessions and maintain accurate training records, facilitating continuous learning and professional development.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including updating and printing induction materials.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to meet reporting deadlines and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
