Job Title: Agricultural College Leader

The role of the General Manager is pivotal in shaping the future of our agricultural college.

  • Foster ongoing success through strategic partnerships, marketing, and increased student enrollment.
  • Drive the development of innovative farming technologies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and broader teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership and direction in the operations of the college to ensure its growth and point of difference in offerings.

Requirements:

  • A high level understanding of agriculture, education, and training.
  • A passion for creating a high-performing team and culture.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial astuteness.
  • Collaborative skills, with the ability to work alongside senior leadership and broader teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, business, or agriculture.
  • A minimum of 5 years management experience.
  • A current driver's license.
