About the Opportunity:

As a key member of our staff, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships both inside and outside our office. Our customer base is diverse, encompassing local farmers, primary producers, trade clientele, and beyond.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to both existing and new customers, processing sales orders, managing stock control, and preparing orders for delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients regarding product pricing, logistics, and product availability.
  • Employ proactive, solution-based approaches to resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional service.
  • Be responsible for farm deliveries via HR truck and light vehicle.

  • Previous experience in a team support role within a busy environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and interest in the agriculture industry.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
