Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors, greeting and assisting as needed.
  • Cover the front desk and main phone line during business hours, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare offices prior to check-in and take inventory upon check-out, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Distribute promotional materials and partnership news to guests and potential members, fostering engagement and loyalty.

Operations Support:

  • Assist the team in highlighting operations and maintenance issues, promoting a proactive approach to centre management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and monitor centre consumptions, optimizing resources and reducing waste.
  • Coordinate with other teams, vendors or building management for IT, engineering, housekeeping and accounting tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Manage keys and fobs, maintaining secure access control.
  • Order consumables and operating supplies with approval from Centre Manager, streamlining logistics.
  • Submit receipts to Centre Manager for expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Receive, log and distribute all mail and courier on behalf of clients, ensuring prompt delivery.

Sales & Membership Management:

  • Manage walk-in queries and leads, escalating to relevant Centre Manager or taking ownership to convert into deals.
  • Solve member-related issues or escalate to Centre Manager when necessary, providing swift resolution.

Event Management:

  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages.
  • Organize events in the centre, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Casual work arrangement.
  • Availability for 8-hour shifts, day shifts, morning shifts and shift work.
  • Diploma (preferred).
  • Australia work authorisation (required).
