Job Opportunity: Client Relations Ambassador

Are you a detail-oriented and patient individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making a positive impact on customers' experiences?

We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Ambassador to represent our brand in all customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and social media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating online and phone sales, delivering brand information to clients, and collecting valuable feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer contact via various channels;
  • Facilitate sales and service requests to meet commercial goals and objectives;
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date brand information to clients;
  • Process required data and information in appropriate systems under group security policy;
  • Escalate emergency system issues to team leaders timely and report findings on system improvement;
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to team leaders;
  • Represent the company in a professional image at all times;
  • Collaborate with existing Client Service teams for repairs and after-sales service requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury goods domain;
  • Customer service and sales oriented personality;
  • Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, and keen to learn;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Fluent in English; PC literate, SAP CRM, Salesforce experience is a plus;
  • Flexibility with working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
