Building strong customer relationships is a cornerstone of our business, and we're seeking an experienced retail sales or customer service professional to join our team as a Seasonal Client Relations Centre Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet commercial objectives.
  • Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Process data in accordance with group security policies.
  • Escalate emergency issues to team leaders and report findings for system improvement.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and report findings to team leaders.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times and collaborate with the existing Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury goods domain or contact centre/e-com related activities.
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (and Mandarin) with proficiency in PC software and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
