Customer Service Ambassador Opportunity

Balmain-Bowling-Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry and currently has openings for customer service ambassadors in our coffee shop. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and service of hot and cold beverages
  • Preparing sandwiches, salads, cakes etc
  • Welcoming customers and taking orders at the point of sale
  • Maintaining the service area and café equipment
  • General cleaning duties
  • Ensuring that services exceed customer expectations
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Barista and espresso machine skills desirable
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Availability to work shifts which may include weekends and public holidays
  • RSA/RCG Licence
