About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Ambassador of Excellence. This part-time, office-based role requires your presence from Wednesday to Friday each week.

  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and coordinating with IT or Executive Assistants as needed.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome, manage incoming phone and intercom calls, and guide guests to their meetings or events.
  • Provide support across concierge and mailroom duties, including purchasing supplies, entering information, and completing general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and a hands-on approach. You should be able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
