About the Role:

The Client Experience Ambassador delivers exceptional client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. This role strengthens relationships between service providers, vendors, and clients, providing superior service delivery while growing personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily pantry operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors when necessary.
  • Regularly inspect and conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure cleaning, food, and other services meet our standards.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with client employees and guests and maintain high visibility throughout the workplace.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collecting feedback relating to workplace services.

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality, facilities, property management, or food and beverage, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
