About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist - Histology and Molecular Genetics. The successful candidate will be responsible for building revenue and increasing market share for new and existing suppliers and product lines within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide sales and technical presentations on products and solutions.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with customers and understand new and existing markets.
  • Attend local industry meetings to increase market knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Medical Science - with a focus on Histology and Molecular Genetics.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
