Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving strategic leadership to ensure the short- and long-term growth and success of our business. As a key member of our senior management team, you will work closely with our Regional Director and other Associate Directors & Directors to implement and deliver our regional strategy.

About the Position

The strategic motivation for this role is to assist managing valuation operations within our Core Commercial division, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to achieve business objectives, leveraging your commercial valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer with the past 1 year+ in a leadership role
  • Proven growth success
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
