About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Zip Co. As a key member of our Customer Experience function, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers through inbound calls and tickets
- Managing customer interactions with confidence and professionalism
- Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and products
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- 6-12+ months experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- Passionate about teamwork and willing to share knowledge and support others
- A problem solver who thinks fast and on their feet
- Adaptable and comfortable taking directions
