We're looking for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role as Employee Relations Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing employee relations matters, working closely with senior specialists and business leaders to resolve high-risk issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR teams, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects
  • Create sustained solutions to individual employee matters by partnering with all levels of the business
  • Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain work-life balance through flexible hybrid working arrangements
Requirements:
  • Influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation
  • Employee relations case management experience is essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, including up-to-date knowledge of relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters
  • Ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems
  • Autonomy to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
