
Senior Employee Relations Professional

We're looking for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role as Employee Relations Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing employee relations matters, working closely with senior specialists and business leaders to resolve high-risk issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with HR teams, General Counsel's office, and other Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects
- Create sustained solutions to individual employee matters by partnering with all levels of the business
- Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Maintain work-life balance through flexible hybrid working arrangements
- Influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation
- Employee relations case management experience is essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, including up-to-date knowledge of relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters
- Ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems
- Autonomy to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to influence business leaders and manage diverse stakeholder groups
